The Faculty of Social Sciences at The University of Hong Kong leverages a unique visual identity for the Undergraduate Admission Information Day 2023, aiming to engage future students. Inspired by the Faculty’s core concept – the dynamic relationship between individuals and the community – a vibrant orange circle takes centre stage. This circle symbolises the individual within each program and their unique perspectives in the Faculty community. It appears prominently on all materials, including backdrops, signage, and environmental graphics, and injects a memorable twist by replacing the letter “O” in department names.

To stand out during the information-packed event, captivating illustrations seamlessly integrate with the central motif for a unified visual language across all departments.

The colour palette, incorporating the Faculty’s orange and green brand colours, delivers a visually appealing message that reinforces their branding and remains distinct amidst diverse promotional materials.
