Imagine a single idea sparking a wave of inspiration that spreads throughout a community. That’s the essence of Muse Fest 2017, themed “Rippling,” which celebrated museums as catalysts for connection and creativity. Organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), the festival portrayed museums as vibrant hubs where ideas ignite like ripples in water, spreading outwards and connecting diverse communities through shared inspiration.
The “Rippling” theme is visually translated through a unique typographic treatment. The characters themselves appear to ripple and flow, as if disturbed by an unseen force, creating a sense of movement and energy. The vibrant teal and white colour palette reinforces this feeling of fluidity and creates a modern, eye-catching aesthetic.
